Viral myopericarditis masquerading as acute coronary syndrome: Diagnostic role of cardiac MRI

Myopericarditis is commonly misdiagnosed as an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) due to the similarities in clinical presentation. Hence, accurate diagnosis important ensure appropriate care and improve outcomes.
